1. Minimum Shipping and Handling Charges for most traction parts - U.S. Destinations - $11.00, Canada - $28.00, Outside U.S. $35.00!

2. Shipping and Handling Charges to U.S. Destinations for ORR Street Railway Track:
2314-2327 Meter Length Rail - $30.00 (See Note 2 below:)

3. Most items are shipped USPS PRIORITY MAIL, except orders of less than three decal sets unless customer specifies otherwise in writing.

4. Shipping costs continue to escalate. For Shipping and Handling Charges Outside the continental United States, email us at decals@customtraxx.com. For exact shipping quotes, email your proposed order prior to placement.

Note 2: Most Custom Traxx shipments are made using USPS Priority Mail. Because ORR Rail (2314/2327) is now meter length, there are extra charges from USPS plus postal rates have increased in 2023. These are the major causes of the increase in Postal rates for ORR rail, effective February 1, 2023. If you wish your ORR rail shipped insured, please specify on your order form and include $40.00 for shipping.

Note 3: Minimum shipping charges to Australia for larger items - $40.00; Europe - $25.00.

Note 4: We regret that ORR Rail 2314 and 2327 shipments to Australia require $50.00 due to oversize length.

5. We suggest that buyers request insurance for all shipments to outside the United States,
Custom Traxx will not be responsible for items damaged or lost in shipment to points outside of the continental United States.

6. All items shipped to California addresses must also include sales tax at 9.50%.

7. Custom Traxx is officially an internet business and no longer maintains a printed catalog. Catalogs are only printed for special events. Our last printed catalog was a special edition for the May 2013 East Penn Meet. Our catalog is now only available on-line and is maintained as current as possible.

Our on-line catalog will continue to be updated as new products are added or existing products are revised.
